Can I place an order over the phone?

We do not accept phone orders. For assistance with checkout issues, please contact us. However, we cannot process payment information over the phone. Kindly place your order online.

How can I get a quote?

Please note that minimum order quantities may apply.

How can I have my order shipped via a Courier Collect Service?

Please contact us before placing your order as the checkout does not offer a Courier Collect Service as an option.

I didn't receive an order confirmation email. Where is it?

Please check your spam folder, as order confirmations and shipping emails are automated. If you don’t find it there, contact us and we will resend it.

Can I get an invoice for my order?

Invoices are automatically emailed upon order completion. If you haven’t received yours, please contact us with your order number so we can retrieve it.

When will I receive my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number and estimated delivery date once your order ships. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox. Refer to our shipping policy for more details.

Can I send you a bearing for matching?

Yes, you can. Please contact our customer service or sales team before sending any items. They may be able to assist without physical inspection. Please note that we do not cover shipping costs.

I bought the wrong bearing. How do I exchange it?

Log into your account and submit an RMA request through the “Return Items?” option next to your order. You can then place a new order for the correct bearings. Our standard return policy applies. We recommend contacting customer service at customercare@kuzaabearingsdirect.com for assistance in finding the right bearings.

I purchased items a few months ago. Can I still return or exchange them?

No, our return policy only covers orders within 30 days of the order date.

Where are your bearings manufactured?

 We source bearings directly from SKF Sweden. You can be sure that you will receive genuine products with the original packaging.
